Prinx Chengshan Holdings Limited has announced that, effective 1 March 2026, its board of directors and the associated committee roles have been updated. According to the new structure, Chairman and Non-executive Director, Mr. Che Hongzhi, chairs the Board, while Non-executive Director Ms. Wang Ning serves as a member on the relevant committees. Independent Non-executive Director Mr. Chan Chi Fung, Leo chairs the Audit Committee and holds a membership in other committees. Other independent non-executive directors, including Mr. Wang Chuansheng and Mr. Jin Qingjun, hold key committee memberships.
