According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 27, a HENGDELI (03389) shareholder transferred shares from Guotai Junan (Hong Kong) to Minsheng Securities, with a transfer value of HK$91.653 million, representing 16.01% of the company's shares.

HENGDELI announced its interim results for 2025, reporting revenue of HK$314 million, a decrease of 45.8% year-on-year. Profit attributable to shareholders reached HK$26.308 million, compared to a loss of HK$2.504 million in the same period last year. Earnings per share were HK$0.006.

The announcement stated that the profit was primarily attributed to foreign exchange gains generated by operating units due to currency fluctuations.
