ASTI Holdings Limited announced on Jun, 25 2026 that it has accepted ASA’s request for a four-week extension to pay the first instalment of a settlement agreement dated Mar, 30 2026.

Under the revised schedule, ASA will pay 0.3 million Singapore dollars by Jul, 1 2026 and the remaining 0.7 million Singapore dollars by Aug, 1 2026, preserving the original total of 1 million Singapore dollars.

The company said all other terms of the settlement remain unchanged and it will provide further updates if material developments arise.
