At the 2026 World Robot Conference forum, held in Beijing from August 19th to 22nd, Wang He, founder and CTO of Galaxy General Robotics Co., Ltd. and a researcher at Peking University, delivered a keynote speech outlining the company's roadmap for the future of embodied intelligence.

In his address, Wang defined the "ChatGPT moment" for embodied intelligence as a stage where systems can achieve a 70% to 80% success rate on tasks that humans can perform without specialized training, all through zero-shot learning. He acknowledged that a 70-80% success rate is not yet sufficient, and emphasized that the next step is to simplify the post-training process for these foundational models.

"Our goal is to enable individuals without any technical expertise to post-train the base model, creating highly reliable, 100% accurate task-specific solutions for their unique environments," he explained.

When asked about the timeline for this breakthrough, Wang stated with confidence that Galaxy General is targeting 2028 to achieve the industry's "ChatGPT moment" for embodied intelligence.
