Beijing Enterprises Holdings Ltd (00392) saw its stock price plummet 5.88% during Thursday's intraday trading session, following the release of its annual financial results.

The company reported that its profit attributable to shareholders for FY2025 fell 1.31% to RMB5 billion, despite revenue increasing 3.8% to RMB87 billion. Segment performance showed mixed results, with gas operation profit declining 3.06% to RMB4.1 billion, while brewery operation profit more than doubled to RMB835.4 million.

Beijing Enterprises also announced a final dividend of HK$0.77 per share alongside an interim dividend of HK$0.85 per share. However, investors appeared focused on the overall profit decline, leading to the significant sell-off during the trading session.
