TANG PALACE (01181) announced that on September 30, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Weihua (as tenant) entered into a new lease agreement with independent third party Sichuan Shouza (as landlord) and Sichuan Shouza's branch company for the lease of the property under the existing lease agreement. The new lease term spans ten years and four months, from October 27, 2025, to February 26, 2036 (inclusive), for the Group's restaurant business operations in Chengdu.
The Group currently leases the property under the existing lease agreement to operate restaurant business under the "Tang Palace" brand name, with the current lease agreement expiring on October 26, 2025. The execution of the new lease agreement will enable the Group to continue operating restaurant business at the property, which serves as a cornerstone of the brand strategy and holds a pivotal position in the Group's overall business layout.
The Board of Directors believes that renewing the lease demonstrates the Group's long-term commitment to the Chengdu market. Given that the Chengdu flagship store has consistently achieved profitability, the renewal decision aligns with the Group's strategic development needs. This long-term lease decision will not only help the Group consolidate existing customer loyalty and brand influence, but also provide a stable foundation for long-term business planning and investment in the property.
