Eminence Enterprise Limited (the “Company”) published its monthly return for January 2026, highlighting several key developments in its share capital structure. The authorized share capital remained at HKD400,000,000, with 40,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HKD0.01 each.

The total number of issued shares increased from 1,751,444,348 to 1,867,324,348 during the month. This rise of 115,880,000 shares resulted from a placing of new shares at HKD0.32 on January 26, 2026. The Company confirmed that its public float requirement has been met as of the end of January 2026.

Details were also provided regarding two convertible notes. A 2023 Convertible Note with an outstanding principal amount of HKD24,500,000 could be converted into up to 490,000,000 ordinary shares, while a 2025 Convertible Note issued on January 15, 2026 had a principal amount of HKD286,800,622 and could be converted into up to 1,697,045,100 ordinary shares.
