Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (WUXI LEAD, 00470) has formally adopted electronic dissemination of all corporate communications in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing framework, effective from 31 December 2023.

The company confirmed that English and Chinese versions of directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms will now be accessible on the corporate website (www.leadintelligent.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk) in place of printed copies.

To ensure timely receipt of future Actionable Corporate Communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions such as dividend election forms, rights issue applications and takeover acceptance forms—registered shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address. This can be done by scanning the personalised QR code on the accompanying reply form or by returning the signed form to the company’s H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

If a valid email address is not supplied, the company will continue to dispatch Actionable Corporate Communications in printed form until electronic contact details are received. Shareholders who prefer printed copies of all future corporate communications may indicate this choice on the reply form or by emailing wuxilead.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Such an instruction remains effective until revoked, superseded or until the company issues its next annual report, whichever comes first.
