Phancy Group Co., Ltd. (PHANCY) announced that the independent trustee of its H-Share RSU Scheme purchased 700,000 H shares on-market between 22-24 June 2026. The average price was HK$26.49 per share, bringing the cash consideration to HK$18.54 million.

Including 500,000 H shares bought on 18 June 2026, the trustee has accumulated 1.20 million H shares since the Board’s authorisation, representing approximately 0.13% of PHANCY’s total shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). Post-transaction, the trustee holds 1,200,093 ungranted H shares for future award grants under the RSU Scheme.

The Board reiterated that the current market price undervalues the company’s long-term prospects as a full-stack AI cloud platform and views the share purchases as a means to align talent incentives with sustained shareholder value creation.
