The company's shareholder transferred 37.296 million shares to Beta International Securities, while 25.12 million shares were moved out of Cathay Securities (Hong Kong).

The full-year results of TR Interiors for the year ended December 31, 2025, show that the group's revenue reached RMB 358 million, a year-on-year increase of 50.9%.
