Alphamab Oncology (stock code: 09966) has executed a share buyback on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, purchasing a total of 56,000 ordinary shares during the trading session on September 4, 2026. Transaction records indicate that the repurchase price ranged between a high of HKD 8.8 and a low of HKD 8.75 per share, resulting in a total consideration of HKD 492,430. The shares acquired in this transaction are designated to be retained as treasury stock, with the number of shares intended for cancellation set at zero for this particular buyback operation.

Following this repurchase activity, the company's issued share capital—excluding treasury shares—has been reduced from 968,056,697 shares to 968,000,697 shares. Concurrently, the balance of treasury stock has increased from 6,325,000 shares to 6,381,000 shares, while the overall number of total issued shares remains unchanged at 974,381,697 shares. This latest buyback was conducted under the authority of a repurchase mandate that received shareholder approval on June 12, 2026, which permits the acquisition of up to 96,850,669 shares in total.

With this transaction, the cumulative number of shares repurchased under the existing mandate now stands at 506,000 shares, representing approximately 0.0522% of the total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as of the date the resolution was passed. A trading blackout period is now in effect for share repurchases, which will run until October 4, 2026. The share repurchase disclosure was submitted by Xu Ting, who serves as the executive director of the company.
