Ever Glory United Holdings Limited announced on Dec, 26 2025 that it granted 475,600 fully-vested award shares to selected employees under the Ever Glory Performance Share Plan.

The award shares were priced at 0.82 Singapore dollars each, based on the last done price on the grant date.

With the issuance of these shares, Ever Glory United’s total issued and paid-up ordinary share capital has risen to about 381.54 million shares from 381.07 million shares previously.

The new shares are expected to commence trading on the Singapore Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on Dec, 30 2025.
