Recently, Tower C of the CRRC Sifang Smart Port project has successfully topped out. The achievement of this critical milestone marks a phased victory in the project's construction and represents a solid step forward from "blueprint" to "reality."

Located at No. 16 Hangzhou Road in Shibei District, this provincial and municipal key project carries the important mission of driving the iterative upgrade of the old Sifang industrial area. With a total construction area of approximately 149,000 square meters, the project is dedicated to creating a large-scale complex integrating commercial and office functions. Upon completion, it will become a new engine for industrial development and a new regional landmark in the old Sifang industrial area.
