On September 20, County Magistrate Huang Zaiguo conducted field inspections in Baidian Township and Renhe Town using an unannounced, direct approach to oversee the audit and rectification of rural collective assets, funds, and resources, as well as elderly care service guarantees.

At Guichen Village in Baidian Township and Caisi Village in Renhe Town, Huang carefully reviewed audit documents for village collective assets, gaining detailed insights into asset verification, business contract management, and land transfer conditions. He engaged with village and township officials to jointly analyze root causes and devise solutions for the bottlenecks and difficulties encountered during implementation.

Huang emphasized the need to fully establish an accurate asset inventory, standardize contract management, and revitalize asset resources. He called for a synchronized approach of "auditing while rectifying and improving," ensuring funds are fully disclosed, and assets and resources are properly reconciled. The audit results must be truthful, accurate, recognized by the public, and able to withstand scrutiny. He also stressed the importance of developing industries tailored to local village conditions, expanding collective income channels, supporting public welfare project construction, and enhancing the quality of rural living environments.

At Shuyi Nursing Home in Renhe Town, Huang inspected fire safety equipment, food safety management, and the quality of care provided to the elderly. He held in-depth discussions with the facility's management regarding daily operations, service guarantees, and the implementation of safety responsibilities. He urged that safety remain the top priority, with close attention paid to critical areas such as fire prevention and food safety, intensifying efforts to investigate and rectify hidden dangers, continuously improving facility conditions, and elevating service standards to create a safe, hygienic, and comfortable living environment.

During the inspections, Huang stressed the importance of persistently deepening the centralized rectification of misconduct and corruption issues that directly affect the people. He called for a focused approach on key areas including high-standard farmland construction, rural collective assets, funds, and resources, elderly care services, and medical insurance fund management. Adhering to problem-oriented, goal-oriented, and results-oriented principles, he urged concentrated efforts to overcome difficulties and complete all rectification tasks with high quality.
