KPM Holding Limited (08027) released its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report for the year ended 31 December 2025, covering operations in Singapore and China across its signage as well as fitting-out and renovation businesses.

Key environmental performance • Total greenhouse-gas emissions climbed 32.9% year-on-year to 367.32 tonnes CO₂-e, driven by higher fuel and electricity use as business activity expanded. Emissions intensity reached 19.26 tonnes CO₂-e per million SGD revenue, up from 17.39 in 2024. • Scope 1 emissions rose 18.2% to 268.80 tonnes CO₂-e; Scope 2 almost doubled to 93.80 tonnes CO₂-e; Scope 3 increased to 4.72 tonnes CO₂-e. • Total energy consumption advanced 32.8% to 4,444.39 GJ, equating to 233.08 GJ per million SGD revenue. • Water use totalled 2,479 m³, up 6.9% year-on-year, though intensity improved to 130.01 m³ per million SGD revenue from 146.01.

Targets and progress • The 2025 goals of 1% reductions in greenhouse-gas emissions and energy consumption versus 2024 were not met. Both metrics registered increases of more than 30%. • The company maintains a 1% reduction target for both emissions and energy in 2026 and has set a new 1% water-consumption reduction target for the same period. • No quantitative waste-reduction targets are in place given currently low hazardous and non-hazardous waste volumes; recycling and strict handling procedures remain the focus.

Climate-related governance and risk management • The Board holds ultimate responsibility for ESG oversight and has integrated climate considerations into the enterprise-risk framework. • An ESG working group of executive directors and senior management conducts risk assessments, monitors metrics and reports to the Board. • Material risks identified include extreme weather disruptions, rising temperatures, tighter environmental regulations and shifting customer demand toward low-carbon products. • Opportunities cited involve expanding energy-efficient LED and sustainable signage solutions, enhancing resource efficiency and targeting green-building projects.

Social metrics • Workforce totalled 92 full-time employees (82% male; 18% female). Staff turnover surged to 21%, from 3% a year earlier, concentrated among junior and female employees. • Occupational safety performance remained strong with zero work-related fatalities and zero lost-day injuries for the third consecutive year. • Training investment reached 1,559 hours, averaging 16.9 hours per employee; 48% of staff received training during the year. • The company retained ISO 45001:2018 certification and complied with all relevant labour, safety and employment regulations.

Supply chain and product responsibility • Active supplier base numbered 155, with 87% located in Singapore. Supplier performance is reviewed annually, and preference is given to local and environmentally responsible vendors. • No product recalls, customer complaints, data-privacy breaches or intellectual-property disputes were recorded in 2025.

Governance and integrity • No legal cases related to corruption or malpractice were reported. Anti-corruption training totalled 30 hours for directors and staff, and a whistle-blowing policy remains in place.

Outlook KPM Holding plans to refine its climate strategy by formulating a formal transition plan, reassessing reduction targets and expanding Scope 3 emissions coverage. The Board will continue annual reviews of ESG performance to align operational growth with sustainability commitments.
