Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. (00921) has announced that its subsidiaries have entered into agreements to subscribe to trust wealth management products with a total investment of RMB 1.665 billion.

The subscription was carried out during the period from June 29, 2026, to August 20, 2026, according to a company filing released today. The involved subsidiaries, acting as subscribers, include the air conditioning company, the Gorenje company, the kitchen and bathroom appliances company, and the refrigerator marketing company.

These entities signed the Jingu Trust wealth management agreements to purchase the corresponding trust products. The move is part of the company's broader treasury management strategy to optimize returns on its idle cash reserves.
