The company has announced that its non-executive director, Mr. Li Wei, will retire upon reaching the statutory retirement age and will step down from his position as a non-executive director and from his roles on relevant board committees, effective June 2, 2026.

On that same date, following a recommendation from the company's shareholder, Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd., and a qualification review by the board's nomination committee, the company intends to elect Mr. Gao Zhenghao as a candidate for non-executive director for its sixth board of directors.
