China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (CIMC) disclosed repurchases of its H Shares (stock code: 02039) and A Shares (stock code: 000039) on 21 November 2025. For H Shares, 1,251,400 shares were repurchased, representing approximately 0.04% of the previously issued 3,048,572,695 shares (excluding treasury shares). The volume-weighted repurchase price was HKD 7.6289, bringing the total H-Share count to 3,047,321,295 issued shares (excluding treasury shares) and 42,516,600 treasury shares.

On the same day, 2,419,150 A Shares were repurchased, accounting for about 0.11% of the previously issued 2,225,811,700 shares (excluding treasury shares). The volume-weighted repurchase price was RMB 8.27, with the number of issued A Shares (excluding treasury shares) adjusting to 2,223,392,550 and treasury shares rising to 79,289,940. The total number of issued H Shares stood at 3,089,837,895, while total issued A Shares remained 2,302,682,490.
