Palasino Holdings Limited published its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, outlining progress on carbon reduction, workplace practices and community engagement.

Energy & Emissions • Total electricity purchased fell 8.8% year-on-year to 5.49 million kWh, helped by 584 kWp of rooftop solar capacity that generated 380.6 MWh for self-consumption. • Diesel use declined 22.2% to 58,057 litres; potable water consumption dropped 10.2% to 45,480 m³. • FY2026 greenhouse-gas inventory (GHG Protocol): 5,085.4 tonnes CO₂e (Scope 1: 1,608.9 t; Scope 2, market-based: 3,400.7 t; selected Scope 3: 75.8 t). Scope 1+2 intensity stood at 108.2 t CO₂e per €1 million revenue and 7.22 t CO₂e per employee. • Hazardous waste fell 69.7% to 1.2 tonnes; non-hazardous waste decreased 7.9% to 237.8 tonnes, with higher recycling rates for paper and glass.

Social Indicators • Workforce totalled 693, split 48% male and 52% female; 100% completed role-relevant training. • Local residents accounted for 67% of staff; injury rate was 0.7% with no fatalities. • Community donations reached approximately CZK0.9 million (about HKD0.30 million), supporting charities such as Good Angel Foundation, NAUTIS and regional sports clubs.

Operational Highlights • The new Palasino Mikulov casino completed its grand opening in March 2026 after a December 2025 soft launch. • ISO/IEC 27001:2022 information-security certification was maintained. • Board structure comprises eight directors (one executive, two non-executive, five independent). An ESG Committee established in June 2024 reports annually to the Board.

Outlook Management plans further energy initiatives, including battery storage at Palasino Mikulov, continued fleet electrification and expanded heat-pump deployment, targeting climate-neutral operations by 2050.
