RIMAG GROUP (02522) has announced the signing of a financial support agreement. The agreement, dated June 2, 2026, is between the company, acting as the lender, and its affiliates Yimai Yuntai and Wuhan Rong Gongshe, who are the borrowers.

Under the terms of this agreement, the company will provide cash loans totaling no more than RMB 32 million to the two borrower entities.

This total amount represents the combined borrowing limit for Yimai Yuntai and Wuhan Rong Gongshe.
