Emperador Inc. (EMI) has published its list of the top shareholders and custodians as of Jun, 30 2026. The company reported 15.77 billion fully paid shares in issue, with no partially paid shares outstanding.

Alliance Global Group Inc. remains the dominant shareholder, directly holding 9.81 billion shares (60.374 % of total outstanding) and a further 563.10 million shares through two additional entries, bringing its combined interest to roughly 10.37 billion shares, or about 63.84 % of the company.
