Nayuki Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 1.51 million ordinary shares on 17 September 2026 via on-market transactions, spending HKD 1.06 million at prices ranging from HKD 0.70 to HKD 0.715 per share. The volume-weighted average cost was approximately HKD 0.70.

Following the transaction, Nayuki’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.09 % to 1.66 billion, while treasury shares increased to 46.31 million. The company’s total issued share capital remains unchanged at 1.71 billion shares, as the repurchased stock is being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 24 June 2026, which authorises the company to reacquire up to 169.84 million shares. Inclusive of the latest purchase, Nayuki has bought back 37.16 million shares under this mandate, representing 2.19 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate’s approval date. Accordingly, 132.68 million shares—about 7.8 % of current issued shares—remain available for future repurchases.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Nayuki is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing, selling or transferring any shares from treasury, effective until 17 October 2026.
