On December 10, YIBIN BANK announced that it had received regulatory approval from the Sichuan Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA) to increase its registered capital from 3.9 billion yuan to 4.588 billion yuan. The approval was granted under document reference Chuan Jin Jian Fu [2025] No. 387.

The bank disclosed that its 2024 annual shareholders' meeting, held on June 26, 2025, had approved the capital increase and corresponding amendments to its articles of association. Prior to this, the bank had issued related announcements on April 24 and June 6, 2025.

Following the regulatory approval, YIBIN BANK will proceed to amend relevant clauses in its articles of association and complete the registration procedures for the capital adjustment with market supervision authorities. The changes will subsequently be filed with the Sichuan Bureau of the NFRA.
