Shenzhen Zhaowei Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as “Zhaowei,” stock code 02692) has confirmed that its shares are set to commence trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 9, 2026. The Company issued a total of 26,748,300 H shares, including 2,674,900 H shares in the Hong Kong public offering and 24,073,400 H shares in the international offering. The final offer price was set at HK$71.28 per H share.

According to the announcement, the net proceeds from the global offering amount to HK$1,827.73 million, after deducting estimated listing expenses. The Hong Kong public offering recorded a subscription level of 1,536.76 times, while the international offering was 13.40 times subscribed.
