Fairwood Holdings Limited (00052) reported that its authorized share capital remained unchanged at 240,000,000 ordinary shares, par value HKD1 per share, totaling HKD240,000,000. The issued share count also remained at 129,552,780 shares with no treasury shares held as of 30 November 2025.

Under the company’s share option schemes, 200,000 options previously granted at an exercise price of HKD11.456 and 5,470,000 options at HKD5.470 remained outstanding at month-end. The total number of shares that may be issued or transferred out of treasury under each respective scheme was 12,955,278, and no funds were raised from the exercise of options during November.
