The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has confirmed that Mr. Ke Chenyu meets the qualifications stipulated under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules to serve as the company secretary of the firm.

Ms. He Yongya, one of the company's joint company secretaries, has tendered her resignation from her roles as joint company secretary and authorized representative under the Listing Rules, effective June 29, 2026.

Concurrently, Ms. He's ongoing role as the company's authorized representative under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company remains unchanged.

Following Ms. He's resignation as joint company secretary, Mr. Ke will continue in his position and will serve as the sole company secretary for LAEKNA-B (ASX: 02105).

Mr. Ke has also been appointed as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from June 29, 2026.
