Quantum computing shares gained in premarket trading. IONQ Inc. surged 11%. The move follows its unveiling of a real-time quantum error correction decoder with runtime overhead as low as 0.02%, and a partnership with SDT to deploy a Superion 256 system and SiV quantum memory in South Korea.

Rigetti Computing shares advanced 5% after it secured up to $100 million in CHIPS Act funding and outlined the TangleLab hybrid quantum-classical testbed with Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center.

D-Wave Quantum advanced 4% amid CHIPS Act momentum, including IBM's $1 billion subsidy agreement and D-Wave's own Commerce Department pact for up to $100 million to accelerate R&D.

Greenland Mines stock surged another 18% premarket after it applauded the formal signing at the United Nations General Assembly of the new security agreement among the United States, the Kingdom of Denmark and Greenland.

The signing formalizes the framework announced Friday and marks a significant milestone in strengthening long-term Arctic and North Atlantic security while underscoring Greenland’s growing strategic importance to the United States and the Western alliance.
