CA CULTURAL: Kenichi Yanase Disposes of Shares via Transfer of Convertible Bonds, Long Position Falls to 60.27%

On September 11, 2026, Kenichi Yanase disposed of shares of CA CULTURAL (01566) via an off-exchange transfer of convertible bonds.

Prior to the disposal, Kenichi Yanase's long position in CA CULTURAL was 1.09 billion shares, representing 103.14%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 974.06 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 60.27%.
