Dobot Faces Allegations of Concealing Major Equity Issues from Former Executive on Eve of Key A-Share Review

A significant development has emerged just before a crucial regulatory review for the company's A-share listing. According to an official announcement, DOBOT was scheduled for a review by regulators on July 22nd, with a high probability of passing. However, a formal complaint from a former senior executive has introduced considerable uncertainty.

Today, a public account named "Song Tao Robot" published an article claiming to be a real-name report against DOBOT and its founder, Liu Peichao. Inspired by the successful listing rights defense case of Chen Hao, former head of Xiaohongshu in South China, the company's former co-founder Song Tao has decided to speak out. He alleges major disclosure flaws in the company's prospectus: a company-stamped document stipulated that Song Tao held nearly 70% of the equity platform shares, yet the prospectus only registered 22.45%. This discrepancy, involving an equity value difference exceeding hundreds of millions, was allegedly concealed throughout the process.

The company has publicly stated that its equity structure is undisputed and free of unresolved litigation. However, the complaint accuses the company of deliberately presenting incomplete court documents, thereby涉嫌 engaging in false statements.

Song Tao has reportedly submitted a full set of written evidence to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, demanding full disclosure of the equity dispute and clarification of share ownership. He asserts that concealing such disputes would severely mislead the investing public. As the original article is not authorized for reproduction, screenshots of the formal complaint have been provided instead.
