Workiva's stock surged 8% in after-hours trading on Thursday, following the release of its fourth-quarter 2025 financial results that exceeded analyst expectations.

The company reported Q4 revenue of $239 million, beating the consensus estimate of $234.8 million, with adjusted earnings per share of $0.78 also surpassing the $0.69 forecast. Workiva's subscription revenue grew 21% year-over-year, demonstrating strong demand for its AI-powered platform for financial reporting, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), and sustainability solutions.

Adding to investor optimism, Workiva provided strong guidance for fiscal year 2026, projecting revenue between $1.036 billion and $1.040 billion, above the consensus estimate of $1.02 billion. The company also forecast adjusted EPS in the range of $2.66 to $2.76, significantly higher than the $2.17 consensus. Additionally, the board expanded the share repurchase authorization by $250 million, signaling confidence in the company's financial health and future prospects.
