Among the newly announced professions, there are 5 digital occupations and 3 green occupations. With this latest release, the total number of officially recognized digital and green occupations in China has reached 113 and 142, respectively.

In the modern services sector, the new professions and roles cater to both corporate development and industrial upgrading, including positions like sustainable development planners, airport clearance inspectors, and intelligent agent developers. Simultaneously, they also address the public's needs for a better quality of life, with roles such as incense-making artisans, smart furniture installers, and fresh-cut flower processors.

Since 2019, China has cumulatively published 121 new professions across 8 batches, reflecting the nation's evolving economic landscape and workforce demands.
