China General Education Group Limited (CH GENERAL EDU) has issued a notice convening a board meeting on 29 April 2026. Directors will review and, if appropriate, approve the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 28 February 2026. The agenda also includes consideration of an interim dividend distribution.

The announcement was signed by Chairman Zhang Zhiwei on 16 April 2026. The current board comprises three executive directors—Zhang Zhiwei, Niu Xiaojun and Zhang Zhonghua—and four independent non-executive directors—Zan Zhihong, Hu Yuting, Wong Chi Wah and Hu Binhong.
