AUTOHOME-S (02518) announced that on September 30, 2025 Beijing time, the board of directors has approved a cash dividend distribution of $0.5900 per American Depositary Share (or $0.1475 per ordinary share). The dividend will be paid in US dollars to American Depositary Share holders and ordinary shareholders who are registered as of the close of trading on October 20, 2025 New York time and Beijing/Hong Kong time respectively. The total dividend amount will be approximately RMB 500 million. The dividend is expected to be paid to ordinary shareholders on or around November 14, 2025, and to American Depositary Share holders on or around November 20, 2025 (through the depositary bank and subject to the terms of the deposit agreement).
