Hong Kong stock exchange data shows that on April 8, a shareholder of CREATIVE CHINA (08368) transferred shares from Hong Zhi Securities to BNP Paribas. The transferred portfolio had a market value of HK$29.19 million, representing 14.86% of the holdings.

Separately, CREATIVE CHINA announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of RMB 141 million, a decrease of 6.57% year-on-year. Profit attributable to the company's owners was RMB 44.643 million, marking a significant increase of 83.32% compared to the previous year. Basic earnings per share were 7.73 fen.

According to the announcement, the increase in profit attributable to owners was primarily due to higher gross profit resulting from the sale of certain script copyrights acquired at lower prices in previous years but sold at higher prices in 2025. Additional factors contributing to the profit growth included gains from the disposal of equity in several subsidiaries and a reduction in administrative expenses.
