AI X Tech Inc. announced that its Chinese corporate name “車市科技有限公司” has been officially removed following shareholder approval at the 27 March 2026 extraordinary general meeting. The Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands issued a certificate of incorporation on change of name dated 8 April 2026, and the Hong Kong Registrar of Companies registered the alteration on 30 April 2026. The company’s English name, “AI X Tech Inc.”, remains unchanged.

Effective 15 May 2026 at 9:00 a.m., the Chinese stock short name “車市科技” will no longer be used on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The English stock short name “AI X TECH” remains in place, and the stock code continues as 01490.

The change does not affect shareholder rights. All existing share certificates bearing the former bilingual name remain valid for trading, settlement, registration, and delivery purposes; no exchange of certificates is required. New share certificates will be issued solely under the English name.

As of 12 May 2026, the board comprises Executive Directors Xu Chong (Chairman), Liu Lei, and Zhang Nan, alongside Independent Non-Executive Directors Xu Xiangyang, Sun Yong, and Ng Jack Ho Wan.
