Johnson Holdings' Subsidiary Secures HK$230 Million Street Cleaning Contract from Food and Environmental Hygiene Department

Johnson Holdings (01955) announced that its wholly-owned indirect subsidiary, Johnson Limited, has been awarded a three-year contract by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government's Food and Environmental Hygiene Department. The contract, valued at approximately HK$230 million, involves providing street cleaning services for specific areas in the Islands District, effective from April 1, 2026.

Additionally, the company's wholly-owned indirect subsidiary, Wah Shun Security Services Limited, has successfully secured a three-year security services contract from a major public transport service provider in Hong Kong. This contract, valued at around HK$25 million, will commence on March 1, 2026.
