The conversion of 26,610,600 domestic shares into H shares was completed on June 15, 2026.

These 26,610,600 converted H shares are scheduled to commence trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 a.m. on June 16, 2026.

Participating shareholders must complete the applicable domestic arrangement procedures before they can trade the converted H shares.
