According to the latest announcement, Tongdao Liepin Group (6100) has subscribed to a Tianlibao structured deposit product (TLBB202613079) from Bank of Hangzhou (600926) for RMB80.00 million on 2 March 2026. The product, which runs for 26 days, is principal-guaranteed with a guaranteed minimum annualized return of 0.45% and a maximum of 2.30%. The risk level is assessed as low by the issuer.

The new subscription was funded by the company’s surplus cash and the redeemed principal from its previous structured deposit investments, reflecting the group’s aim to optimize the use of idle funds while prioritizing capital safety and liquidity. As part of its ongoing strategy, Tongdao Liepin Group has made several prior subscriptions of wealth management products from Bank of Hangzhou under similar terms and risk profiles.

Because the highest applicable percentage ratio for the new subscription and previous subscriptions combined exceeds 5% but remains below 25%, these transactions are classified as discloseable under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules. They are subject to notification and announcement requirements but exempt from shareholder approval. The board believes this arrangement provides a relatively higher return on short-term funds with minimal risk, aligning with the group’s financial and operational priorities.

Tongdao Liepin Group operates an online talent services platform in China, focusing on mid- to high-end markets for both individual and business users. Bank of Hangzhou, listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, is a joint-stock commercial bank in the PRC. Based on all reasonable inquiries, both parties confirm their independence in the transaction.
