China Hongqiao (01378) announced its interim results for 2025, with revenue increasing approximately 10.1% year-on-year to about RMB 81.039 billion. Gross profit reached approximately RMB 20.805 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of about 16.9%. Net profit attributable to company shareholders was approximately RMB 12.361 billion, up about 35.0% compared to the same period last year. Basic earnings per share stood at RMB 1.314.

According to the announcement, the performance growth was primarily driven by higher selling prices of both aluminum alloy products and alumina products during the period, along with increased sales volumes compared to the same period last year.

During the period, the group's aluminum alloy product sales volume reached approximately 2.906 million tons, representing an increase of about 2.4% from approximately 2.837 million tons in the same period last year. The average selling price of aluminum alloy products rose about 2.7% year-on-year to approximately RMB 17,853 per ton (excluding VAT).

The group's alumina product sales volume was approximately 6.368 million tons, an increase of about 15.6% compared to the same period last year. The average selling price of alumina products increased about 10.3% year-on-year to approximately RMB 3,243 per ton (excluding VAT).

Sales volume of the group's aluminum alloy processing products reached approximately 392,000 tons, up about 3.5% from the same period last year. The average selling price of aluminum alloy processing products rose about 2.9% year-on-year to approximately RMB 20,615 per ton (excluding VAT).
