Infinity Logistics and Transport Ventures Limited (INFINITY L&T, 01442) announced a delay in releasing its audited results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 due to the late appointment of Nexia as auditor on 13 February 2026. Additional time is required for Nexia to complete key procedures, including confirmation requests to banks, customers and vendors, and verification of opening balances.

Management now targets 9 April 2026 for publishing a preliminary FY2025 results announcement and plans to dispatch the FY2025 annual report on or before 30 April 2026.

A board meeting is scheduled for 9 April 2026 to consider and approve the FY2025 results and any final-dividend recommendation.

Because the statutory deadline of 31 March 2026 will be missed, trading in INFINITY L&T shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be suspended from 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2026 and will remain halted until the results are released.

The board states that, based on information currently available, no other material audit issues require shareholder attention at this time. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
