On 21 October 2025, China Changbaishan International Holdings Limited (“Changbaishan International,” formerly known as Hua Yin International Holdings Limited, Stock Code: 989) released an update regarding its Board of Directors and the composition of its various committees.

According to the announcement, the Board’s executive directors comprise Acting Chairperson Xu Yingchuan, along with Li Junjie and Cong Peifeng. The non-executive directors are Cui Mindong and Chiu Sin Nang, Kenny, while the independent non-executive directors include Tsang Hung Kei, Wang Xiaochu, and Wang Meirong.

The Board maintains three committees—Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination—with Tsang Hung Kei serving as the chairperson of the Audit and Remuneration Committees, and Xu Yingchuan serving as the chairperson of the Nomination Committee. All three independent non-executive directors—Tsang, Wang Xiaochu, and Wang Meirong—participate in these committees, with additional involvement from Xu Yingchuan on the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
