Jiu Rong Holdings Schedules 29 September 2026 Board Meeting to Approve FY-2026 Results and Consider Dividend

Jiu Rong Holdings Limited announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, 29 September 2026. The agenda includes:

• Reviewing and approving the Group’s audited financial results for the fiscal year ended 30 June 2026.

• Authorising the release of the final results announcement to the market.

• Deliberating on the declaration of a dividend, if any.

The notice was issued on 16 September 2026 and signed by Executive Director Chen Yunxiang. As of the announcement date, the Board comprises Executive Directors Chen Yunxiang and Yan Zhendong, and Independent Non-executive Directors Hua Nengdong, Wong Po Keung, and Lu Ruidi.
