Wisdomcome Group Holdings Limited has rescheduled its special general meeting (SGM) from 17 April 2026 to 24 April 2026 at 4:30 p.m., citing the need for additional preparation time. The meeting will still take place at Units 3-9, 10/F, Fook Hong Industrial Building, 19 Sheung Yuet Road, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong.

The register of members will remain closed from 13 April 2026 to 17 April 2026 (both days inclusive). Shareholders who acquire shares between 18 April 2026 and 24 April 2026 will not be eligible to attend or vote at the rescheduled meeting.

All previously dispatched proxy forms retain their validity for the new SGM date. Shareholders intending to appoint a proxy must submit completed forms to Tricor Investor Services Limited no later than 48 hours before the rescheduled meeting time.

No other details of the original notice, circular or proxy form have been changed.
