Li Auto executes USD 3.71 million share buyback on Nasdaq, lifting treasury stock to 89.28 million shares

Li Auto Inc. disclosed that on 13 August 2026 it repurchased 605,692 Class A WVR ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The shares were bought at prices ranging from USD 6.095 to USD 6.19, for a volume-weighted average cost of USD 6.13 per share and an aggregate consideration of USD 3.71 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.04 percent to 1.73 billion shares, while treasury shares rose to 89.28 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 1.82 billion.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 29 May 2026, which authorises Li Auto to repurchase up to 214.28 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 69.69 million shares, equivalent to 3.25 percent of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Li Auto is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or further treasury-share disposals until 12 September 2026.
