CHINA ECOTOUR (01371) has announced that the company applied to the High Court of Hong Kong for a validation order concerning the transfer of the company's shares in relation to a petition. This application was approved by the High Court of Hong Kong on May 15, 2026. Following the granting of the validation order, all transfers of the company's issued and fully paid shares, from the date the petition was presented, will not be invalidated under Section 182 of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance, despite the petition having been filed.
