Lancang Tea (Pu’er Lancang Ancient Tea Co., Ltd., 06911) announced that Chief Financial Officer and Deputy General Manager Zeng Qingyi resigned on 18 May 2026 for personal development reasons and has relinquished all positions within the group.

On 21 May 2026, the Board approved two senior appointments, effective immediately and lasting through the current Board’s third session: • Yang Lihua was named Chief Financial Officer. Yang, 46, has served the company since 2017 in finance roles, including Director of the Financial Department and previously as CFO (2018–2024). She possesses 28 years of finance and accounting experience, holds senior accountant accreditation, and earned accounting diplomas from Yunnan University of Finance and Economics (2003) and Tianjin University of Commerce (2007). • Wan Feng was appointed Deputy General Manager. Wan, 49, joined the company in October 2025 and has served as Board Secretary since November 2025. He brings 29 years of experience spanning listed-company investment management and futures asset management, and holds qualifications as a Board Secretary and Futures Practitioner.
