On 26 May 2026, Yuexiu Property Company Limited issued a notice asking newly registered shareholders to confirm how they wish to receive future corporate communications, as required by Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules 2.07A and 2.07B and the company’s Articles of Association.

Shareholders can choose one of four options: 1) read all future documents exclusively on the company website; 2) receive printed English versions by post; 3) receive printed Chinese versions by post; or 4) receive both printed English and Chinese versions by post.

If the completed reply form is not returned to Tricor Investor Services Limited by 25 June 2026, shareholders will be deemed to have accepted the website-only arrangement and will thereafter receive a postal notification whenever new materials are uploaded. The company points to environmental and cost benefits from the online option, while confirming that printed copies will be provided free of charge on request.

The notice, signed by Company Secretary Yu Tat Fung, reiterates that the stated communication preference will remain effective until a shareholder provides reasonable written, fax or email notice to amend it.
