PT INTL DEV (00372) announced its interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2025. The group recorded client contract revenue of HK$62.02 million, representing an 18.43% year-on-year decline. The loss attributable to shareholders stood at HK$26.82 million, narrowing by 34.8% compared to the same period last year. Basic loss per share was HK8.86 cents.

The company attributed the reduced losses to the following combined factors: (i) Improved gross profit margin driven by higher revenue from stock brokerage business; (ii) Decreased unrealized fair value losses from investments in AFC Mercury Fund compared to the same period in 2024; and (iii) Absence of one-time net gains from deconsolidation of a subsidiary, which had contributed approximately HK$16.20 million in the corresponding period of 2024.
