The session will adopt a hybrid format, combining a physical meeting at Conference Room 1, 9/F, Man Yee Building, 68 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong, with real-time online participation.

Registered shareholders may join the live webcast, vote on resolutions and submit questions via the Online Platform. Access opens 30 minutes before the meeting through the website https://meetings.computershare.com/BOCOMI_2026AGM. Participants will be required to enter their 10-digit shareholder reference number (prefix “C”) and a five-digit personal identification number, both printed on the notification letter.
