Bama Tea repurchases 31,600 H shares for HKD 0.64 million; free-float trimmed by 0.04%

Bama Tea Co., Ltd. (H shares) disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return showing an on-market repurchase of 31,600 H shares on 13 July 2026. The transaction was executed at prices between HKD 19.49 and HKD 20.36 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 20.23, for a total consideration of HKD 0.64 million.

Following the buyback, the number of issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell to 84.89 million from 84.92 million, a marginal reduction of 0.04%. The repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock, bringing the company’s treasury holding to 31,600 shares, while the overall issued share capital remains unchanged at 84.92 million shares.

The repurchase was conducted under the mandate approved at the 21 April 2026 shareholders’ meeting, which authorises buybacks of up to 5.30 million shares. To date, only 31,600 shares, or 0.06% of the authorised limit, have been utilised. In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Bama Tea is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals until 12 August 2026.
